Financing Assistance

PME Capital assists medium sized companies, as well as affiliates or subsidiaries of larger international groups, in structuring and obtaining financing for acquisitions and growth development of operating companies in the United States. We do not assist with financing of real estate or financial investments.

PME Capital can provide assistance with the following types of financing in the United States, typically in conjunction with an acquisitions, growth capital investment or owner liquidity transaction:

• Mezzanine Financing: PME Capital can assist clients with obtaining mezzanine financing, typically provided in the form of subordinated debt together with warrants to purchase equity in the borrowing company. This can often take the place of equity in the financial structure since it is junior to all other debt.

• Bridge Loan: PME Capital can assist clients with obtaining bridge loans in situations where a transaction must be completed before a permanent and more advantageous financing solution can be implemented. Bridge loans can be provided for a period of up to one year and are fully secured by a company’s assets.

• Senior Loan: PME Capital can assist clients with obtaining senior loans provided by banks and other financial institutions that are fully secured by a company’s assets.

• Equity: PME Capital can assist clients with private placements of shares in U.S. or international companies.

Foreign Investors

Through its affiliates and network PME Capital has access to investors in Europe and Asia who seek to make investments in privately held companies in the United States. One format for this is an investment which qualifies the investor to receive a U.S. Green Card in accordance with the EB-5 Investor program.
