Eric Feuillatte, Partner (email)
Mr. Feuillatte has more than 20 years of experience from advising companies on acquisitions, divestitures and market entry. In 1989 he founded Etradex Corp., a leading cross-border M&A and business development firm which manages cross-border M&A mandates in collaboration with the investment banking departments of mid-sized European banks, European private equity investors, as well as independent European M&A professionals.
Mr. Feuillatte previously spent fourteen years in management and sales and marketing positions for a leading European consumer products company with operations in Europe and the U.S.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Feuillatte ran U.S. operations and was responsible for managing product launches, marketing programs, distributor and retailer relationships, as well as budgeting and P&L. He also managed a 40+ person staff in Europe.
Mr. Feuillatte received a business administration degree from Ecole de Commerce de Paris and completed post graduate studies at Paris Dauphine Universite.
Michael Guthammar, Partner (email)
Mr. Guthammar has more than 20 years of experience including advising companies on acquisitions, divestitures, private equity transactions and capital raising. In 2005 he founded Windeye Partners which provides advice to growth companies regarding mergers, acquisitions and divestitures in the United States and in Europe.
Previously Mr. Guthammar spent ten years with Fredericks Michael & Co., a mergers & acquisitions advisory firm focused on cross-border middle-market transactions between Europe, the United States and Latin America, as a Managing Director and shareholder.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Guthammar was the deputy head of M&A for the Americas at Credit Lyonnais, and was a Vice President at the merchant banking arm of Credit Agricole, with involvement in M&A, corporate finance, venture capital and private equity transactions.
Mr. Guthammar received an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a business degree from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Sharif Tanamli, Senior Advisor
Mr. Tanamli is a Managing Director with Lenox Hill Capital Advisors, a merchant banking firm providing advisory services in mergers, acquisitions, business valuations, strategic planning, and private equity transactions. He has over 20 years of middle-market investment banking experience.
Previously, Mr. Tanamli was a Managing Director with HT Capital Advisors, leading independent investment banking firm headquartered in New York, with branch offices in Chicago and Paris. HT Capital advises emerging and established middle market companies and private equity investors on mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, private placements and restructurings, and a Managing Director and head of investment banking at the New York office of CBIZ Mergers & Acquisitions Group, Inc. At CBIZ, he managed all aspects of its M&A business in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions for five years.
Mr. Tanamli’s transaction experience includes both domestic and cross-border M&A, management buy-outs, recapitalizations, business valuations, transition planning and capital raisings. He has led transactions in a wide range of industries, in North America and Europe, including Automotive, Industrial, Consumer Products, Business Services, Software, Building Materials, Construction Services and other niche manufacturing, distribution and service sectors.
Mr. Tanamli received a bachelors degree from Boston University.
Richard Diamond, Senior Advisor
Mr. Diamond is a Partner and co-founder of Strait Lane Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on principal investing that provides liquidity to selling shareholders through leveraged recapitalizations.
Previously, Mr. Diamond was a Partner at Evolve Capital from 2005 to 2009 and a Partner at Transition Capital Partners, Ltd. from 2004 to 2005. He also acted as a principal and as an advisor to the board of directors in the leveraged recapitalization and value realization of Future Food, Ltd. from 1999 to 2004.
Mr. Diamond has been active as a private equity investor and a principal of East Ridge Consulting, LLC since 1998. In this role he has worked with the boards, management teams and controlling investors of several companies relative to strategic repositioning, equity financings, and acquisitions and divestitures.
Mr. Diamond received an MBA from the Wharton School and a bachelors degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
